THE REIT MANAGER
The REIT Manager (SF REIT Asset Management Limited) is a company incorporated in Hong Kong for the sole purpose of managing the assets of SF REIT. The REIT Manager is an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of SFH. The REIT Manager is responsible to manage the assets of SF REIT for the benefit of the Unitholders. Set out below is the management structure of the REIT Manager.
Hubert CHAK
Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Hubert CHAK is an Executive Director, the Chief Executive Officer and one of the responsible officers of the REIT Manager. His biographical information is set out in the “Board of Directors” section.
Mr. YEUNG Tak Him, Clarence is the Chief Operating Officer and one of the responsible officers of the REIT Manager. He has extensive experience in property investment, valuation and portfolio management. Mr. YEUNG holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Surveying from The University of Hong Kong and a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Finance from The University of London. He is a professional member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and is qualified as a Chartered Financial Analyst.
Ms. HO Sze Ting is the Chief Financial Officer and one of the responsible officers of the REIT Manager. She has extensive experience in statutory financial reporting and financial management for business entities in Hong Kong and The People’s Republic of China. Ms. HO holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting and Finance and a Master of Laws degree in Corporate and Financial Law from The University of Hong Kong. She is a fellow of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
CHING Wai Fong, Joanne
Company Secretary and Head of Compliance
Ms. CHING Wai Fong is the Company Secretary and Head of Compliance of the REIT Manager. She has extensive work experience in company secretarial, corporate governance and compliance matters. She is an associate of The Hong Kong Chartered Governance Institute and The Chartered Governance Institute in the United Kingdom.
